An application for the Hell Boxing Kings competition (“Hell Boxing Kings”, “HBK” or “competition”) does not automatically qualify the applicant for participation in the competition. The organiser of the Hell Boxing Kings, i.e. HELL ENERGY Promotion Kft., a member of the HELL Group (registered seat: H- 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 126.; company registration number: 01-09-710935; VAT number: 12937420-2-42; “HEP” or the “Organiser”), has the sole right to select, at its sole discretion, those applicants (“applicants”) who are eligible to participate in the Hell Boxing Kings competition. In the selection process (“selection” or “casting”), the Organiser may consider other criteria in addition to the participant’s athletic or boxer qualities, including the personality of the applicant and the marketing potential of the applicant’s character. The casting will not involve a boxing match, but HEP may require the applicant to perform tasks that allow for the assessment of physical fitness and skills. The Organiser will send an invitation/notification of the events to be held during the casting to the applicants who have been selected.  The Organiser will conclude a separate contract with the applicants selected during the casting process for participation in the HBK.

THE ORGANISER EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY MODIFY THE COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE ENTRY CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME, IN TERMS OF ANY TERM OR CONDITION, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE THE HELL BOXING KINGS EVENT OR TO POSTPONE IT INDEFINITELY. IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES TO THE ENTRY CONDITIONS OR THE COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT, THE ORGANISER WILL INFORM THE APPLICANTS ON THE FOLLOWING:

A competitive boxing background is an advantage when applying, but lack of it is not a disqualifying factor.

The applicants must bring a medical certificate no more than 3 months old with a valid “may do sports” or “may participate in competitions” licence to the casting.

In the case of applicants who are professional athletes, the sports doctor’s certificate must be no older than 1 year (i.e. a medical certificate obtained from May 2023 onwards is acceptable). This certificate can also be a sports doctor’s certificate in their sports book, but in this case they must bring the sports book with them to the casting.

Everyone should be prepared to be weighed during the casting. The applicant’s weight must be within a tolerance range of +/- 5 (five) kg in relation to the weight group they wish to participate in, otherwise they will not be selected.

Disqualification from the application:

Applicants whose amateur athlete contract or any other previous commitment prohibits them from entering into a possible contract for a professional boxing career are not eligible to participate in the competition!

Applicants who do not have a medical or sports doctor’s license within the specified time period are not allowed to participate in the competition!

Applicants who are under 19 years of age or over 40 years of age at the time of the application are not eligible to participate in the competition!
